1. ใครเป็นผู้ดูแล / Who operates this

MyMoney Health เป็นแอปส่วนตัวที่พัฒนาและใช้งานโดยบุคคลคนเดียว เพื่อดูข้อมูลสุขภาพของตนเองเท่านั้น ไม่ใช่บริการเชิงพาณิชย์ ไม่มีผู้ใช้รายอื่น

MyMoney Health is a personal application built and used by one individual to view his own health data. It is not a commercial service and has no other users.

2. ข้อมูลที่เข้าถึง / What data is accessed

เมื่อได้รับอนุญาตจากเจ้าของบัญชี แอปจะอ่านข้อมูลจาก Google Health API เฉพาะส่วนต่อไปนี้ แบบอ่านอย่างเดียว:

• การนอน (sleep) — googlehealth.sleep.readonly
• กิจกรรมและการออกกำลังกาย (activity & fitness) — googlehealth.activity_and_fitness.readonly
• ค่าชี้วัดและการวัดร่างกาย (health metrics & measurements) — googlehealth.health_metrics_and_measurements.readonly

All three scopes are read-only. The application never writes, modifies or deletes any data in the user's Google account.

3. เก็บไว้ที่ไหน / Where it is stored

ข้อมูลถูกเก็บเป็นไฟล์ฐานข้อมูลบนคอมพิวเตอร์ส่วนตัวของเจ้าของ และโฟลเดอร์สำรองส่วนตัวของเจ้าของเท่านั้น ไม่มีเซิร์ฟเวอร์กลาง ไม่มีฐานข้อมูลบนคลาวด์สาธารณะ และไม่มีใครอื่นเข้าถึงได้ หน้าจอที่แสดงข้อมูลถูกล็อกด้วยรหัสผ่านและการยืนยันตัวตนอีกชั้นหนึ่ง

Data is stored in a database file on the owner's own computer and his own private backup folder. There is no shared server, no public cloud database, and no other person can reach it. The screen that displays it sits behind a PIN and an additional identity check.

4. ไม่ทำอะไรกับข้อมูล / What is never done

• ไม่ขาย ไม่ให้เช่า ไม่แลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลกับบุคคลที่สาม
• ไม่ใช้ทำโฆษณา ไม่ส่งต่อให้ผู้ให้บริการโฆษณาหรือวิเคราะห์ใด ๆ
• ไม่ใช้ฝึกหรือปรับปรุงโมเดลปัญญาประดิษฐ์
• ไม่มีมนุษย์คนอื่นอ่านข้อมูล นอกจากเจ้าของบัญชีเอง

The data is never sold, rented or transferred to third parties; never used for advertising or analytics; never used to train or improve any AI model; and is never read by any human other than the account owner.

5. การใช้งานอย่างจำกัด / Limited Use

การใช้และการส่งต่อข้อมูลที่ได้รับจาก Google API เป็นไปตาม Google API Services User Data Policy รวมถึงข้อกำหนด Limited Use

MyMoney Health's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

6. เก็บนานเท่าไร และลบอย่างไร / Retention and deletion

ข้อมูลถูกเก็บไว้ตราบที่เจ้าของยังต้องการดูย้อนหลัง และลบได้ทันทีโดยลบไฟล์ฐานข้อมูลออกจากเครื่อง เจ้าของสามารถยกเลิกสิทธิ์การเข้าถึงได้ตลอดเวลาที่ myaccount.google.com/permissions เมื่อยกเลิกแล้ว แอปจะหยุดดึงข้อมูลใหม่ทันที

Data is kept for as long as the owner wants the history, and is deleted immediately by deleting the database file. Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, after which the application stops fetching new data.
